If EU law takes president over member state law, how many drivers in the UK know they have to carry a reflective jacket for each person carried in the car? That the EU are drafting a new law for next year where we will have to drive with headlights on (Italy has already adopted this).
When we leave this sceptered isle we already have to carry two warning triangles, spare lamp set, first aid kit and fire extinguisher and the reflective jackets. On top of that if we don't have a GB sticker we have to have Euro pattern plates.
How many Brits go onto the mainland without all this stuff?
