I want to thank you all for the great time and useful info on X5world and on roadfly (the old days). A few people here have helped me and I have learned alot about cars & mods for my X5 in the past. X5 is my first car (thanks to my parents) and I really love it.  Sadly, the car will be gone on Monday. I just graduated from college this month and I am going to UK for grad school. anywayz, I want to wish you guys the best. Have fun with ur X5s. I will definitely come back and visit. Hopefully I will get another X5 with my own money in the future  Thank you all! Sincerely, CalvinX5

Sounds like a wonderful experience, living and studying in the UK. But I'm sure you'll be able to find another X5 while there, albeit with the steering wheel on the wrong side and you can become one of the many members residing in the UK.

grad school
Best of luck Calvin! My daughter is in the mother country for grad school also. The dollar has really taken a beating against the pound this year so expect to spend some money. She unfortunately has met a British soldier
so I have a transatlantic wedding ahead of me next year. Fred

Hi Calvin
Well When you get to the UK you will find our cars a lot smaller than in the states! I am guessing that by going to collage here you are 18-19 years old? If you are.The insurance on a X5 would cripple you as a guess $5000 per year and then you got Gas which will $180 to fill the X5 up welcome to rip off England oh year nearly forgot £195 per year road tax.
