Whoa. My 10 year highschool reunion was a looong time ago. I'm getting old.

I was surprised, or maybe not too surprised, that many people had not changed at all. The only difference was that they could buy booze legally. They were the same mediocre sods they were in HS. That's the explanation for them not changing. Some people really changed and blossomed which was good to see. Those were mostly the "nerds" who managed to shake that stigma.

I went to my 20 year HS reunion already....

I remember one guy in the class that I assumed would end up in prison. He did, but as a corrections officer! He was a great guy now. That was nice to see, that he had turned his life to the good.

I enjoyed the evening. I am sure you will, too.

I missed my 20 year HS reunion but did go to my 20 year junior high school reunion (catholic school, so most everyone was together there from kindergarden). It was a lot of fun. I wish I could have caught everything going on in that room. As far as old flames, the usual suspects were still going at it in the backseats in the parking lot. Only thing that changed was the type of cars.

I just came home from my reunion. It was great to see everybody, I was one of the few that people did not remember. Anyway when I woke up and left the hotel I picked my truck up from the valet and my rear door was smashed in. I'm bringing it to the auto body shop in two days. Looks like I need a new door. Thank God they were responsible enough to claim negligence and will be picking up the tab.
