The Rear visability is horrid, the backup camera isn't very nice, she never really was wild about the looks and the icing on the cake was the 21.5 mpg combined fuel she got which was WAY less then promised

For a 5400 pound vehicle, that 4.7L 275hp V8 engine probably doesn't make it feel very quick...
Oh well, it's still a good decision overall. A Toyota or Lexus will last you much, much longer than a Chevrolet/GMC/Cadillac. Not only that, but that Lexus won't see its dealer even once beyond the regular maintenance.

are you serious about the Lexus Reverse Camera it has got to be the best in the market.
Infact all Jap stuff out performs any German crap in this kinda area. Yes I know I have a X'5 but man of man they need to get their act into gear and sort out the sound systems and satnav. Re that Lexus RX man it is ugly. just looks like the LC over here and they are a "lump of lard". Tell your mom to buy a Mini and help save the planet.
