did you find it noisy? maybe i'm a big baby like that, but i need a
dark quiet room to fall asleep. or maybe you're smater and you asked for a "quiet floor."

we stay at the Four Seasons alot...as a matter of fact we should be there for our wedding anniversary later this month!

some women wear open toe shoes with dresses even in the dead of winter! take notice NYE!

Yep, it's noisy, but they will give you a quiet floor if you ask for one! I like that FS a lot, but prefer the location of the RC, and the Rotunda bar is so unique.

the Rotunda bar is cool! and brunch at the RC is yummy!
but the FS is close to Rittenhouse which is one of my favorite parts of the city.

I'm probably not a good one to give advice here. I HATE sandals. I don't know why, I've been told I have pretty feet Anyway.

I do Sandals or open toe shoes during the summer, following the Memorial Day to Labor Day rule (same as white shoes). This rule obviously does not apply to warm climates. OR

Sexy open toes are acceptable for formals all year round. I personally prefer sexy sling backs for dress over open toes anyday.
