WAAYYY Off the Imposter Topic
For those near Detriot who have the choice (UCrew), which lake is the preferred boating lake: Huron or Erie? Is Huron close enough for you to run up there and spend the day before heading home that afternoon?

I personally think Lake Erie is one of the best lakes to boat on. Lots of great marinas, and you have the islands to visit (Put-in-Bay, Kelly's, Pelle, Middle Bass, etc.) Put-in-Bay is a mini-Key West, in case you've never been there.

As for Huron being a day trip, only if you have a go-fast (cigarrette) boat.
