I'd get sport, xenons, fold down-seats, premium. About it.

You won't have a big problem with potholes in Florida. At least not compared to the problems you will have in the NE.
As for the runflats, I hate them in general. They have been nothing but a nightmare on my Sienna. The treadware sucks (about to put on my 3rd set at 44,000 miles), they are hard to find, they are VERY expensive, and many average joe tire shops do not have experience with RFTs and the TPM systems, which leaves you going to the $tealer to fix problems. I do not know if all of this applies to the 3 series tires, but it sure was a nightmare with the Sienna, enough to make me seriously consider selling the van! Be wary!

Personally I'd go for it all except for the active steering. I haven't tried active cruise but I use cruise a lot and always hate when I have to step on the brake. The SP package is a must, but not just for handling and suspension - for all the other goodies that come with it... Enjoy Joel - can't wait to see the pics! BTW - is going individual an option? Perhaps you can get a really cool color combo. What are you thinking about for colors? I think the carbon black with terra interior would be awesome, but perhaps the black may be a bit too hot for FL! GL!

skip the adaptive cruise and active steering. Comfort Access is definitely a good feature and also very convenient. Sport is a must IMO.
