Done with my work already today...

...and will be out on the lake today. Anyone want join me on the "puner schooner" today? The pontoon rides nice & the fishing is awesome as there is no public access on this lake. Just took this pic this morning and it's going to be a beautiful 78 degrees today! If anyone ever wants to stop by and enjoy the peace & quiet here you're welcome to!

What lake are you on? Looks absolutely beautiful. Are there still a lot of Bald Eagle (the bird you perverts ) sitings up there?

It's Spider Lake in Bayfield County. It's only 140 acres but it crystal clear and you can see the bottom 25 feet down. Yeah, there's eagles all over the place here.

My county is the second largest in Wisconsin with 1,476 square miles and guess how many traffic lights we have in this county....NONE! Not one. There's lots of taverns though!!!

Here's our county stats: Check out the nationality percentages!

When my family first starting going up to Eagle River, there was 1 "stop n' go" (waitress at restaurant) light, it was where the 3-block downtown business district met Hwy. 17? or 70? (I forget). The one bank had the best grass too.
I haven't been up that way in a while, it might be time to plan a weekend trip.

So you circled Lake Michigan? If you've never done it, do the Lake Superior circle, it's awesome!!! When you do that you'll be driving with 1 mile of my home so whoever does this drive must stop in!!!

Yup, did the Lake Michigan circle last week. I've circled all of the Great Lakes with the exception of Superior - both by car and by boat. Superior is definately on my list of things to do!!
