Some Mtn Views via da Weather...

The near daily afternoon Soakers and T-Storms the past weekish...
makes for good saturated soil, but hazy and foggy views.

First, is a shot from late this afternoon, with the post storm
remnants of valley fog and "smokes". Our lil' town, down below,
is covered up under that Lake of Fog:

2nd pic is jes' a throw away I had, to show how Waynesville,NC and the surrounding ridges look, in good/non-fog light for comparo:

And, this last pic is simply a Fave of mine, done in early May, after a
cold front blew through from the west; the shot "looks" ESE to SE to S,
but that amazing "front" is downwind and cooking southerly, fast, after it passed over us.
And, it shows the Carolina Blue Sky, when the crap is run out of the atmosphere.

Pretty dramatic contrast over the 3 pics...
