///M6 at my local dealer......

I went to my local dealer here in Knoxville today and they had this sitting in the showroom..........with a SOLD sign on it.
I asked about the price and the salesman told me $103,650!!

I asked if they charged a premium since it was the 1st one, but he said that was the MSRP and it was a previous customer, so they didn't jack up the price............oh well.......maybe one day we all can have one......

move along.. nothing to see here.. it must be missing some options or doesn't include gas guzzler.. almost bought one at 104K with 2500 off which is with every option but wife swayed me back to an M5..

That's nothing... I saw an Audi RS4 at Rusnak Pasadena selling for $84K. MSRP was $74K (PP + airbags + gas guzzler tax) with "Market Adjustment" of $10K. This was their 2nd RS4 - the first was sold at the $84K price.

I realize the RS4 is much more car than the S4, but $74K loaded? It makes you wonder where the M3 will come in at?

So I walked next door to their Porsche showroom and they had a $63K '06 Boxster S marked down to $55K. Evidently, there is a glut of Boxster's across the country and the dealer's incentives are running somewhere around $10K. I counted over 15 Boxsters scattered around their lot, and the '07's are due to roll in shortly with updated engines. Unfortunately, I can't buy one until I get some kids to leave the house (and take their cars with them).

On a side note, I was in shock to find an '07 Cayman basic (non-S) sitting in the Rusnak showroom. It's not even on the Porsche website yet. $56K with PP, Nav and no markup according to a salesman.

I'm with ya, L. I don't dislike the wheels, but they could have done better IMO...

Me like....Not practical for a daily driver here. Maybe it's time I stopped being practical.

Will have to change the wheels though, they're too pretty.
