I went it and they had me fill a form out and is waiting approval through the mail. Is this common?

Ben, yeah...common. They have to run it through the "censors" and make certain no one else has that vanity plate,
in your state.

I have a personalized plate its the childrens one here in CA says (RCK(star symbol)BOI, I like it
