Because you will never understand how much it hurts for some effin doctor to look at you in the face and say "I'm sorry your not family" or how about you can't jointly file taxes or anything like that because we're not recognized, I'm sorry if it seems harsh that I said I wish you that but thats the only way you will understand what its really like on the other side of the fence, I grew up in the country, and I as a flipping citizen believe I deserve the right to love as I please, this is not a same sex thing, this is a human dignity thing.

I could go on and on. But what this shows is that people form their opinions on facts, or what they believe to be the facts. Many opinions are formed on incorrect assumptions or lack of knowledge of the facts. When given the same facts, most people have the same opinions.

And yes, abortion and same-sex marriage are issues that are different in that people's opinions have nothing to do with "facts" but more to do with religious faith. But I am talking about issues such as the ones I stated above, such as foreign policy, budget issues, etc.

We did find WMD's in Iraq. I KNOW of 3 instances where mustard (blister agent) and sarin (nerve agent) were used in I.E.D.'s. One example is where the sarin IED was bip'd (blown in place) and the shrapnel was put in the hummer for the ride back to the air base. Just down the road the 2 EOD troops started experiencing nerve agent symptoms. They gave themselves the atropine/2 pam chloride injections to save their life. It was later revealed that a sarin binary weapon was used as the IED. The other two instances were similar except using mustard. Bet you didn't even know any of this happened did you? I knew within 1 hour of this happening and 3 nights later there was a 15 second mention of it on CBS. HMMM, wonder why the liberal media downplayed that one. We will find more WMD's or eventually find evidence that they were shipped to Syria before the war. Where do you think the insurgents got the 3 chem weapons? Out of a gumball machine? Hussein is now standing trial for the murder of thousands of Kurds using sarin. He had possesion of it then, that's proven. He didn't use all of his chem stockpiles on the Kurds so what do you think he did with the rest of it? Gave it to weapons inspectors? My personal opinion is he had a select 50 or so troops transport the stockpile to a secret location in the vast desert, buried it all and subsequently shot them to hide the evidence. He could have had one of his leaders arrange that so that even he couldn't eventually reveal the location under interogation. At some point terrorists will obtain these weapons wherever they may be, in Syria or hidden in the desert. 5 or 10 years from now you'll look back & say, " I honestly didn't think he really had them".

That sounds more like hospital policy more than anything. Is there a federal law mandating specific hospital policy? No, I don't think so. You should be fighting for what you believe at the local hospital level where you could make more of a difference than as 1 voter during the elections. Choose the battles you can win, don't suffer over the ones you can't.

Now, what kind of beer will you buy when George W. Bush has to retire? Will you party even if another Republican wins?

Furthemore its not a hospital policy as much as it is a privacy law that comes into effect when someone is in Intensive Care

I don't need to drink beer for my women since their already hot, and No I do not drink beer because its got tons of carbs AND I hate the taste of it, I'll take a glass of champagne thank you.

Consider yourself lucky with that -- I paid a $24,000 marriage penalty last year for the "privilege" of filing jointly!
