For a spell i tried to get cars that others weren't driving, like the Volvo with the pop up lights, that was a great car, never had a problem with it in 3 years. The Saab was mint and went like stink. Had a lot of fun surprising all the Subaru drivers who thought they were jet pilots. It had been an ex fleet car and had every conceivable extra including lowered sports suspension was sad to see it go but had to spend cash on the house. The Alfa was a drivers dream, like a little go cart, shame the electric had been designed and installed by monkeys! Blew fuses every month.

Brings me to my X5. 4 years old when i got it. Someone had paid £52400k for it with all its extras, i paid £16100. Thats why i'll never buy a new car again!

But..... Wobbly drive problem that nobody seems to be able to cure, so bad that i've had to unplug the transfer box actuator and make it rear wheel drive only, wing mirrors that dont fold properly, boot (trunk for the yankees) lid that only opens with remote, and now my bloody drivers door only opens from the inside. Has to be the most unreliable car i've ever had...... Disappointed doesnt even come close.....
If you had bought it new, it might not have those problems
