Too late, the Americans are already here in Calgary.

As of 2004 it was 315 billion bbl ultimate reserves in the tar sands alone.

It is all a series of BS as far as these theory laden "reserves" go. Any industry that can be completely altered by one persons comments, isn't very secure and doesn't have my faith in future predictions.
