Ok - "addictive" may of been the wrong word for chocolate & sugar - I apologize. But people who have done juice fasts/cleanses agree that the more processed type sugar products/foods one eats - the more they "crave" them ...

When you eat "clean" unprocessed foods - your body starts to want more fresh/clean food vs. junk/fast/processed food. Again just my 2 cents from dieting & different types of eating .... I guess the best way is "everything in moderation". So with that - I admit that I have a psychological dependence on chocolate
