Went Diving - Pics

Hi, was a long weekend here so went with diving with a few mates. 3 X5's and a X3. Did some beach driving. See pics. Looked like a BMW lot outside our house.

Damn, I love the scuba pics. Motordavid will chime in shortly too I'm sure. I'm a diver, so I can appreciate them . Is that a bat or bull ray? Love the sea turtle pic. I have chased around an octopus as well and gotten inked, that was fun. Are those little cleaner shrimp? Once and only once I saw a tiny little seahorse, it was awesome. Ever seen one?

Please share more scube pics whenever you get the chance.

BTW, are your friends with the X5/X3's members here as well, and if not why?

Hey, nice to see X5's being used as Sport ACTIVITY Vehicles! Looks like we have at least two things in common!

Nice shot of the blue-spotted stingray, and also the hinge-beak shrimp (I think they're also called camel shrimp). Both of those came out really nice, and show what a difference a strobe can make! Also good to see that you guys down in S.A. do your safety stops!

Keep up the good work! BTW, if you don't already belong, two great underwater photography sites (with active forums) are www.wetpixel.com and www.digitaldiver.net -- you'll find a wealth of great information in both places...kinda like you can for X5's on THIS forum!

Hi, it is a blue spotted ray, those are cleaner shrimp on the emperor angelfish, we drooped on a cleaning station which was great. Never seen a seahorse. An eagle ray came past us on our safety stop but by the time I got the camera ready it was a bit far away. It is in the pic I promise.
