Best thing one can do is to learn these high performance car's limit at a driving school with a professional instructor. Unforuntately, this 18 yo with this 2004 M3 did not make it as he & another person in a CLK was racing in Laguna Hills. http://www.ocregister.com/ocregister...le_1288053.php

Maybe mom and dad will learn not to buy their kids such quick cars....
Not like you couldn't do the same in a Civic if you had enough road, but I think kids...and driving like that these were kids...are up to see what the vehicle can do and a car like the M3 (know from my 2003) is to easily pushed to the high side of 101mph...

Agreed...but also a teen driving school would great for anyone who gets a car.

Very unfortunate. Drivng school isn't going to instill a sense of responsibility in a person. Can someone explain to my why the other guy got charged with vehicular manslaughter, the guy who died was racing too..?

When I had my first BMW I never went to driving school but I never raced it and knew not to mess around with my car, its all about attitude
