Yeah, it's a pain in the tush, isn't it? OK, here's what I've figured out thus far:
1. Enter the "Menu"
2. Go to the "Messaging" section. At the lower left on the screen is "Settings"
3. Choose "Settings"
4. Choose "All Msg," and enter "OK"
5. Choose "Entry Mode"
6. Choose "Abc" instead of "iTAP"
That should hopefully solve the problem, except now you have to type in every single letter of the word you want instead of having the 'phone guess.
