Happy Moon Festival!!!
 For those who celebrate, have a Happy Moon Festival/Autumn Festival day.  It is an important celebration/tradition that Chinese family all over the world celebrate together with their family. There are special "moon cakes" that we eat. They are "yummmy" and they come in many varieties and flavors. Moon cake is GOOOOOOOOOOOD... cept for the 100 year old egg inside. That almost made me sick when I tasted it. Other than that, yummy

There are so many variety---pineapple filled, minced pork with mushroom, lotus seed, red bean, date, minced meats with nuts, egg yolk with nuts, etc. They are all yummy!
