i don't believe so ... it's not publically available as RC1 was ... which i dl'd and installed on my laptop until i realized that my exam software (examsoft) wouldn't work on it!!
that said, it was really nice i have to say ... althgouh, for the week or two that i had it on there, if i tried to pretend i knew nothing about computers, all i'd think as an end user was ... hm ... "it looks so pretttttttty" lol
