There are few things that get under the skin of the CEO but this one does it. Me? It's folks that dig for the .67 cents in their purse, coin purse, pocket or whatever to satisfy a $ 9.67 bill and have to count each and every coin to make sure it's just right instead of giving the clerk a $10.00 bill. Arggggg. (And of course they drop some of the change on the floor)
