Red face incompetent drivers

So I'm PARKED Saturday outside my gym, get in the car ready to leave next thing I know a guy who was probably wanting my spot hits my mirror. I'm all pissed off look at the mirror the paint is gone in one corner. So I take the guys card (didnt file report stupid me), go to my friends house and look at the mirror some more and what do you know the whole mirror now has play in it at the attachment point to the door in the bottom corner. Took it to a body shop I dealt with in the past and he said the bolt might be busted. So I call the guy earlier tell him this, and he says he will go and talk to my body shop tomorrow. Conveniently enough he works at an auto body supply place. BUT DONT YOU HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO FREAKEN DRIVE, apparently he got nervous cuz some shmuck behind him who couldnt drive either was honking at him.

Sounds like the morons around here with their 1985 F-150's that park right on top of you, I have had about 5 hit and runs with my cars none with the X5 though. My IS300 was completely sideswiped and was totalled by insurance, the cop said he was amazed the other car was able to drive away with all of the damage it caused. Now I try to park next to another nice car weather it be a M-B or a BMW.

That's bad news BMW X5. Over here in the UK, we have problems like this all the time, mainly because the car parking spaces are sooooo narrow!

unfortunately i've seen some X5 drivers not quite live up to the X5 name and its sad. I've seen some 750s with the rear bumpers beat up more than an 80s station wagon its ridiculous. its not even about respect for property at this point its simply about incompetence

That sucks but it sounds like he will step up and make things right which most people wouldn't do.
