What is it with the billboards?

I've been noticing the most random billboards around here. Along 293 in Manchester there's one that has this wierd woman with a happy expression and it says "I LOVE SAINT MARY'S!"... It's for a bank. It's weird. On I-93 there's one that says "Buckle Up In Vermont"... Those are appearing all over the state! And the KING of random ones is also along 293 in Manch... It just says, in cursive, "Juicy..." I THINK it's a clothing company, but the average person passing by probably wouldnt no what it is! Random...

Yes, I know this post is useless.
