Most overrated NFL player......

Terrell Owens, 49ers.....10%
Brian Urlacher, Bears.....8%
Ray Lewis, Ravens.....7%
Michael Vick, Falcons.....7%
Eli Manning, Giants.....4%
Keyshawn Johnson, Panthers.....4%
Peyton Manning, Colts.....4%
Ben Roethlisberger, Steelers.....3%
Charles Woodson, Packers.....3%
Warren Sapp, Raiders.....3%

http://www.cnn.com/si/2006/players/1....1024/?cnn=yes

Not sure how TO and Urlacher are 'overrated' as they are both amazing players...along with Peyton Manning of course.

I guess they didn't see the one-handed tip and interception by Urlacher yesterday.

Maybe that 8% came from SF?

My vote would go to Vick... I just can't stand that man and I don't care what anyone says, McNabb could outplay him any day of the week.... (except these past 3  )

Surprised that Edge and Reggie Bush aren't on that list

It's only gonna get worse now that Bob Costas is doing an NFL highlights show on NBC...I think he's great, but he loves to idolize players of any sport! He sniffed MJ's jock for years!

All the guys on that list could be considered NFL elite at their positions, with Sapp being on the downside of his career and Big Ben having a horrific start.
I see 4 of those guys (Peyton, TO, Lewis and Urlacher) likely to be first-ballot Hall of Famers. TO may be a prick, but have you ever seen a wideout since Jerry Rice come back from injury so quickly and produce? I just imagine what the Redskins offense would be with Santana Moss and TO as wideouts...damn! Hold up, I take that back...Brunell is still the Skins' QB

On the NFL coverage I watch and listen to, talking heads will readily say that Sapp is not the same player as he was in Tampa and Big Ben has been called out repeatedly this year for terrible decisions.

Chad Pennington...a high school arm even before the surgery.
Eli...needs a bag of 'roids to even carry his bro's bag.
McNabb...I beat on him to get my Son and Son-in-law's goat;
he'll be out with some injury, selling soup, by TurkeyDay.

My 2Cts from a not very astute, casual NFL observer, up in
the nose bleed seats.

Eli manning shouldn't even be on the list... the guy is overachieving in every game and is becoming the franchise qb that some expect him to be. how is that over rated?

Shockey is over rated
