Hey all,

So I have a friend who saw an early sneak peak at "Casino Royale" as part of a media (press) group. He said it was freaking awesome and is the best Bond film since "From Russia With Love". This is also coming from someone who's judgement in film I really respect.

So, I am seeing the 12:01am showing which is in an hour and a half. I'll report in for everyone but I am really excited about this one. It really looks like they went back to the basics on this one.

I also think Daniel Craig is going to make an awesome Bond. Some of you might want to check out the film Layer Cake if your not familiar with his work. It's a cool Brit film about a bunch of drug (Ecstasy) dealers who walk down the wrong path and get into some mayhem. It's in the family of a "Snatch" type film..

WOOHOO.... I can't wait.... There hasn't been a good Bond film in YEARS..

Sorry for the late review. Didn't get home until 3am last night and was wiped out.

The movie is GREAT. It is a definite go see and is one of the best, most original Bond films I have seen in years. And for those of you hardcore Bond guys, there is even a nice little four wheeled surprise for your enjoyment.

Daniel Craig was great, he really brings a new persona to Bond, dark, edgy..
The story line was a little weak (lots of weird holes that were hard to understand) but it did not matter. Everything else made up for it.

So go see it. You won't be disappointed.
