Ok noncom, here we go...

Here's the hardest part of it all, you need to save your picture out there on the web somewhere. Maybe using imageshack or a similar photo hosting site. Once you have saved your picture, then...

Go to UserCP > Edit Signature > and this is where you craft your signature. If you want to show that picture you uploaded to ImageShack, you need to go there and copy the "URL" of that picture first, and then while you are in Edit Signature, click the yellow landscape button, and paste that url in the box and click ok. That will now post your picture in your sig. You can also type text and change the color and font size/type while in there as well.

If none of this makes sense, PM me, I'll give you my phone number and walk you through it.
