and that bird looks great! I'm a fan of tossing one on the Weber... tonight I'm gonna do it a little different and toss it in the smoker and leave it till tomorrow.

What's a nice Jewish boy like you doing with all that B-A-C-O-N on the turkey?

Nice recipe, Seth. The swaddling with bacon does the trick for almost any roasted bird, or pork loin for that matter.
