Scorsese's The Departed

Being a great fan of Martin Scorsese, I eagerly awaited the release of his latest movie, "The Departed" with high expectations considering the formidable ensemble cast of Nicholson, DiCaprio, Damon, Wahlberg, and Baldwin. For me, it was easily the best movie of 2006 that I've seen in a year that has been devoid of truly great movies. The acting was wonderful, the screenplay was wonderful, and I was thoroughly entertained for 2.5 hours. When the movie comes out on DVD, it's going into the DVD rack alongside Good Fellas and Casino.
