Yeah, as someone who has a permanent, life-altering, career-shortening disability because of a drunk driver, I have ZERO sympathy for them.

yup. Insurance will cover the accident but 99% of the time will not renew the policy. Even if they do, it will probably go up anywhere between 300 to 500%.. Wait Bboi.. don't you sell insurance?? you should know...

It will cover the liability part of the policy (pay for the damages to the "victims"), but it will not pay out the driver's collision claim even if he had that coverage.
