Im ordering 3 new computers for myself soon. 1 for home and 2 for my 2 offices. Im thinking about Dell.

Which is better Athlon or pentium. They are telling me that athlon is just as good but I always thought Pentium was better. Also how many GHZ should I look for. is 3.00ghz good.

The one im looking for is 1Gb ram and 160Gb HDD is this good enough

I am not into computers and dont know much about them. I just know how to use them. I dont how to pick one out and whats good and whats not. Anyhelp is greatly apreciated.
Sanguru if your here after you make fun at my computer iliteracy please give some advice.
I will also be linking these computers together so i can work from home sometime to keep my wife happy and going to be hooking up digital cameras from one of my businesses and will be viewing them from home if that matters
