I'm sueing Starbucks cause one time they didn't put a sleeve on my cup and it burnt my fingertips turning them red causing me to switch hands only to burn those tips. I'm seeking a lifetime supply of gingerbread lattes for damages

When it comes to the safety of a child the buck stops at the parents. By suing a corporation for their own stupidity they are admitting they aren't fit to be parents. If they passed the kid a sharp knife are they going to sue the knife manufacturer for making it too sharp?

If they win their frivolous lawsuit, how much you wanna bet they buy a mansion, put tiger-striped shag carpeting throughout and PBR in the wine cellar?

How'd they expect the kid to hold on to the cocoa while riding in this?
