I know a lot of people that are doing real estate deals in Dubai.

From what I understand its a peaceful place that does not have the problems of other areas.

I also understand that the oil reserve is limited and they are building for tomorrow.

Yeah Ski Dubai is really cool! I would visit except:

The treat their workers like crap (I read a news story on the horrid working conditions of their workers)

The punishment for being gay is death, even thou they wouldn't be stupid enough to do it to an American Citizen, their views disgust me

I know plenty of people who have gone before but until they change their ways I won't be giving them my money
