LOL. While cool, the iPhone is over-hyped. I don't have Cingular, but I do have a iPod video and a Verzon phone, which both do thier respective jobs well.

I have a Sony W810 that does what the iPhone does and even more. Apple is way behind...

The W810 isn't really a fair comparison to the iPhone, it should be compared to the P990i. I'm just saying my w810/k750/w800 is over 2 years old and isn't even in the same category but is capable of doing what the iPhone does. Compare the P990i with the iPhone or even a P900i. Not to mention other makes...

Again a fair comparison connot be made because the iphone isn't even out yet.

Ok...compared with the P990i:

480x320 screen resolution vs. 320x240 (twice as much screen space)

Both have Wi-Fi, but iPhone has EDGE while P990i only has GPRS.
(P990i has UMTS, but it is useless in the United States because it uses the 2100 MHz European band)

P990i is twice the size/thickness of the iPhone

8GB compared to 4GB max (P990i with largest available memory card)
