Exclamation LED work bench drop light - good or bad?

Has anyone added one of these LED worklights to their work bench? I get a headache working with my fluorescent drop lights. This LED worklight might be a little easier on the eyes since they don't flicker like fluorescent, plus they are rechargeable.

These lights aren't cheap. I'm seeing 60-75 LED droplights for $50.

Are they too bright? IMHO, too bright is worse than flickering.

Here's a review by techie, who apparently is not a car guy.
