I hope he doesn't - that's just asking for trouble. Would you want to be on a plane with someone wearing one of those t-shirts? How about if everyone had them on?

I love the concept of wanting to sue but not knowing what grounds to do it on...technically this is not a free speech issue Quantas reserves the right to refuse service based on any number of things no one is gaurenteed anything when interacting with a business as long as it is not government owned...it is no different then reading playboy on a flight most flight attendants will ask you to put the magazine away because others may find it offensive...when you have that much humanity jammed into a giant biscut tube with wings you need to think about the other people on the plane.

Just seems like anything that might be on a flight that might
spark an argument(like on this forum ), they might
try to control. He is probably out of luck.
