That is the best analogy I have ever heard. When my parents lived in Eagle Creek down toward Marco, I don't think I ever saw one person in their pool. My parents bought the house with a pool that we and they used every week if not almost every day but no one else did. In fact, most people went to the club pool instead of using theirs.
