Before & After Pics of the Lanai...

This is not a lifestyles of the rich & famous lanai, which are
common here in Naples: such as 2000 sq ft + of two and three
story caged lanais with a pool, hot tub, waterfall, outdoor kitchen,
built in Ducane, more furniture than most people's house, etc.,etc.

This is the back patio at our lil' FLA Starter Shack, (our winter
home), with the orig. butt ugly concrete slab w/a "knockdown"
coating and after, with a layer of 1" concrete pavers.
Looks a lot better.
No, I had it done; life's too short to be doing this stuff.

We had them cut out a 2 ft by 16 ft "planter"; I added a dozen
bags of compost, soil, potting soil, etc., and planted some cheapazz
flowers for this season, as a "cover crop" to help amend the sand
base that was under the patio.

Not fabulous or a big deal, but a remarkable difference I think.

Patio is not "done" yet, decorating-wise, but all in good time.
Thanks for looking...

Sweet. You're right, the pavers really make it look awesome. Right on the course, too, eh?

Huge difference. The paving stones rock!
Did you adjust/cut the door to account for the raised floor?

I call for a party at mD's winter digs! There's plenty of room in the patio!

I see the tee box alongside the patio. Perfect for sunset games of longest drive or closest to the pin (depending on the type of hole) for shots.
