My sister in law needs a new car her 2005 Subaru Impreza was just totaled. This might be a option? But she is a school teacher with limited budget. She lives in upstate NY so 4 wheel drive is a must.

They drive rather nice compared to an X5 3.0 but nothing like the 4.4, 4.6 or 4.8 not bad given thier price...prefer an older montero though those things are fxxxxn bulletproof

I don't think anything is wrong with it. Reports say it rides very stiff, plenty powerful, good looking, safe, and economical. No BMW, but nice.

Looks fine and has nice features. Hope it can help keep Mitsu's U.S. market share from falling even further. I saw that a local Mitsu dealer here in SoCal went out of business recenlty. Not a good sign.

It's a nice looking ride. Never driven one, but have heard good things about them - exp in bad weather. Mistu is common in a lot of areas where roads are really bad/dirt.

Mitsu is not in great shape financially....we'll see what happens. They have always had a love affair with BMW styling....
