Do you have a George Foreman grill? I grill chicken on mine and it is very tender.

Personally, I think chicken is one of the easiest foods to really F up. It can come out too dry, not tender, not cooked enough, extremely over cooked, etc. Foreman grill is a great kitchen tool... don't have one here, but have seen and read enough about it that i know it's worth it.

When it comes to chicken, prepare it right, make sure it is completely defrosted if previously frozen (frozen spots and ice tend to dry it out or make it less tender when cooking), and don't cook on too high of heat.... and buy Tyson to keep my stock up and job security
