I heard of breaking in a car but not speaker or headphones?

the head is on a distinguished road
depending on your method it is basically a heat cyceling of the voice coils on the speakers I like to power them up with no sound for one or two hours then shut them down for 5 or 6 hours one day listen to music at a low volume the next then do the power cycle again the following day

I have never done this with headphones or factory audio systems but the SPL and SQL sound cars from back in the day I did this with
