microsoft.. pls go and $%$# #$%
because i upgraded my computer to vista.. i had to re activate my flight simulator x again..
first i have to enter 48 numbers to a computer system just to have the system tell me "oh.. im sorry i cant activate the product. wait for customer service representative."
and then i get transfered to some guy in india who cant speak english to whom i have to repreat the 48 number. after repeating the same numbers 50 times.. then he tell me .. "oh im sorry.. our system is currently under rountine maintance. please call back again in 10 mins."
then i ask, is there a number i can call so i don t need to go through the computer system...
indian guy: "no. im sorry.. you have to go through that and enter your product key first"

p.s. i have nothing againest indian people. i have something againest hiring people who cant speak english for customer service
