I'm not sure why Acura/Honda would change the NSX when the Supra is coming back in 2008.......or maybe that is why the NSX changed direction?

the NSX and Supra were in two completely different price catagories...not to mention the less expensive Supra was (and still is) ready and willing to beat on an NSX

Please...the NSX was THE sportscar in 1990 when it debuted. It was better at everything than even most Ferrari's, while still being easily daily driveable. If Honda put their mind to it, they could've done it again.

The NSX has always been considered an exotic. Unless, Toyota goes crazy with this Supra it'll never be in that league.

Regarding this underpowered buisness, it runs 0-60 in 4.8s with a V6 putting out 290hp. That's still respectable acceleration.

Why the phuck Honda would do this is beyond me. Turn a perfectly good car into a GT by going from MR to front-engine and giving it a long ass hood and AWD.

As far as Honda goes, I'm done with them. I will continue to cherish my 98 Prelude Type-SH and drive it for years to come, but will not personally buy any vehicle of theirs produced after 2001. While my discontent with BMW exits, it is not nearly as severly; and isn't really relevant since I can't afford to buy any. And I can only influence my parents' pruchases so much lol.

yea 290hp and 221 lb/ft of torque was rather respectable when it came out...it was the fact that it never got any better throughout the years...the car stayed the same and everything else passed it by 0-60 in 4.9 doesnt cut it for a 90k sports car and hasn't for the last 10 years

I'm not going to argue this matter with you further, so I suggest you quit it..

we aren't arguing you just proved my point the porsche is faster and cheaper than the current NSX
