woah: it's so cold the waves are actually freezing!!!!!! if you watch till the end, the entire beachfront actually freezes over!! and this is -- presumably? -- salt water we're talking about!!!!

yeah and judging by the tracking issue with the tape, seems like an early 1980s-era tape. strange taht it should surface now.
