Toyota is going to be the #1 automaker in the world in the next 3-5 years. I'm using facts not opinion. Toyota makes reliable vehicles. I agree, BMW has the performance, but don't think Toyota can't do that either. Wait and see within the next 10yrs Toyota will unveil lots of "attacks" on all the automakers out there. Go on there websites, look at Lexus and Toyota, they are already coming out with there new Fseries to compete against BMW, Mercedes etc....

Your yearly projections are OFF. Toyota will be the biggest car manufacturer in 2 years if not the next 18 months. Toyota, much like all other Japanese manufacturers, relies on design cues from Euro vehicles for inspiration.
