Sad when anyone dies but someone please tell me why the Anna Nicole Smith story is so news worthy. I mean come on why is this the lead story in the news media. Seems to me this is really not that important. It may be interesting because it's a soap opera? Not worth much as far as news IMHO. When did we decided that this woman needs to be mentioned in the news all the time. I mean Wolfe Blitzer is even in on the act. Whew.................

Again this is not a slam on Anna Nicole Smith. It's a question about the media.

I guess the news media created her with sound bites.
They destroyed her with sound bites.
Now their preaching eulogy in sound bites.
