no 330xi anymore?

I was bored and was checking out the 3 series on BMWUSA.com and realized that they don't offer the 330xi any longer... did BMW discontinue AWD in the 3 series?

I think I remembered reading that they cancelled the 330xi when they introduced the X3.

The E46 330xi stopped production with the standard 325/330 E46 sedans. There will be an E90 325xi, 330xi and 325xiT. The X3 does not supplant any of the AWD sedans or tourings.

You can still get xi-based E46 sedans and tourings in Canada...

I don't know why they cancelled them early in the USA. By the way, the most popular E46s are:

1) 320i
2) 325xi
3) 325i
4) 325Ci
5) 330xi
6) 330Ci
7) 330i
8) 325xit
9) 325it

That's based on my observations in Toronto. Hehehe you can see most are cheaparses with their 320i sedans.

We don't get the 320 south of the border. Most of the E46's you see around here are 325i models. From what I can tell by the registrations, most are leases too.
