How good are your *google* skills - NYC Inspection Laws

I've been googleing and can't seem to find the laws on NYS inspection.
Today is March 1st. My inspc expired Fed 28th...

Just walked back to my car and I got a ticket for expired inspection.
I was planning to deal with the inspection over the weekend.
Jeez - isn't there some sorta grace period

Thx guys. I was on the NYS DMV site earlier on - there was no ref as far as grace period, etc.

I think you are out of luck.

Look at the sticker I think the end of the month is the grace period, sorry.

Slink down to your local "private inspection station", pay the
dues and get your new sticker. NY cops, of any level, have
little patience for expired Insp Stickers, in my exp.

There is no grace period that I'm aware of...
