That is sad. I didn't hear anything about a medical condition that caused this. What the hell is wrong with her parents? How do you allow a child to get that large? Just keep feeding her to shut her up?

I've seen her on the news before. Unfortunately, she one of several cases.
She weighs 10 times what my 6-1/2 year old daughter weighs.  As a matter of fact, I'd have to include my mother-in-law as well before my entire family weighed as much as her. That just boggles my mind. A six year old child cannot cook or buy groceries. It's entirely the parents fault.

That is insanity. I was still giving horsey-back rides to my daughter when she was 7 (she probably only weighed about 40 lbs back then). 400 lbs. That's a death sentence.
I will say one thing though... Victoria Recano is hotness!

Wow that actually ruined my day, so sad , I think she was on Oprah or some talkshow a while back that I saw

 And yes it is the parents fault. But they can't say that because of law suits. Quote:
