He is probably the worse president in recent time.

Jimmy Carter is the second worse president but a much nicer & smarter person.

yeah, clinton's but people didn'tcare as much because everyone was making money hand over fist...

Clinton's problems were small compared to Bush. It seems like the only way to defend him is to avoid the question.
