Rear brakes done today.

The loaner was an 06 325. That was a load of fun all day. Simple controls (No Navi) and lot's of get up and went. Got me to thinking about a 325 beater. Then i picked up the X5. But no sooner than i got into it the Self Level inactive light came on. The mechanic promptly took it back, hooked it up to the computer looking for codes and found none. So i'm off, headed home, and within 2 minutes of leaving the parking lot i forgot all about the 325. I guess spending $74.00 for a fill up wasn't so bad after all. Brings to mind to whole reason i drive this beast. http://www.xoutpost.com/articles/x5/g...my-bmw-x5.html

which dealership did you go to? BMWSF won't give me BMWs anymore

the last time i got a BMW loaner was an 06 325 too. very fun, but it didn't feel as solid as the X5...and i scratched the undercarriage everytime i drove into my driveway...

Concord BMW always does. But you can't be tearing up their cars. BMWSF seems to have a bad rep all over town.

i've been to concord a few times in the past few weeks. found concord bmw across the street from frys, and near a pretty good sushi place: i love teriyaki and sushi. but every store in concord closes sooooo early...

i think i'll go there next time...that's the only bmw dealership i haven't been to (except sonnen). how long is the wait for a loaner? 2 weeks?
